As Orlando Travel Professionals we are experts in the area of planning travel for families. There are many misconceptions when it comes time to Universal travel and small children. There are actually plenty of options in both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventures for children of all ages.

Recently my family of five had an absolute blast at the Universal Orlando Resort. We felt that on our week-long vacation with children ranging from 5-17 we had a ton of options for all ages. One area that was a huge hit was Seuss Landing.

*Our personal favorite was The Cat in the Hat ride..we all laughed hysterically and went on 6 times in a row!

SEUSS LANDING

Stroll through the pages of Dr. Seuss’ brilliant creations, and meet your all-time favorite characters on this whimsical, wonderful island. Sneak a peek at the Sneetches sunning themselves on Sneetch Beach, grab a sandwich at the Green eggs and Ham Cafe, and meet the Cat in the Hat. it’s a treat for each of your senses—especially your sense of humor!

Caro-seuss-el: Hop aboard the world’s most extraordinary merry-go-round. the Caro-seuss-el is filled with a menagerie of seussian creatures you can animate… make their eyes blink, ears wiggle, head turn, nose move, and more!

The Cat In The Hat: Hop on your couch car and hang on as the most famous Dr. Seuss character of all time takes you to the brink of calamity. It’s everyone for themselves as the feline fun spins out of control when you take a wild ride through the house with the Cat in the Hat™.

The High In The Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride: Travel high above Seuss Landing as you journey through some of Dr. Seuss’ best loved stories.
Must be at least 34”; 34” to 48” must be accompanied by an adult.
If I Ran The Zoo: An interactive play area recounts the story of Gerald McGrew and his quest to create a totally different zoo of strange and unusual animals. However, in this version of the story, you pretend you’re the zookeeper and gather the strange creatures from around the world while encountering quite a bit of fun along the way.
