We recently returned from our Spring Break trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, where we stayed at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa.

During the planning process, Kelly provided multiple destination and resort options, all specifically chosen based on the ages of the family members, as well as activities we wanted to participate in. This resort was PERFECT!

The communication did not stop once the vacation was booked, receiving information on resort amenities, airport transfers, what to pack, etc... We even received emails during our stay checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly.

This trip was a long time coming, as we were initially supposed to vacation in March, 2023. Unfortunately, due to passport issues, we were forced to cancel. While Kelly was amazing at planning our Spring Break 2024, she was even more amazing and a life saver in helping to navigate through the cancellation of a year ago.

Tina @ Guru travel arranged our group trip to Mexico. She was extremely knowledgeable. Very helpful when choosing our resort and flights. Kelly & Lexi were so helpful booking our 1st cruise. They were always available to answer all of our questions, and we had many. Kelly kept checking in with us up to and during our cruise to make sure we were doing well and if we had any other questions. I also received a text from Kelly while we were in the airport awaiting our flight home to let us know that our flight was delayed and told us an option for us to utilize the Hyatt at the airport instead of waiting in the airport. I worked with Karen R, and her attention to detail was fabulous!  My hotel reservation was only for a few nights with us going to Disney and Universal parks.  Karen treated me and this trip like it was the most important trip she’d ever planned!  Even offered several times to talk on the phone to go over details. Wendy Remes planned a magical trip for my family of 4 to Cancun, Mexico at the Dreams Playa Mujeres Resort this past January.  She hit it on the head when she picked this resort for my family, fitting all of our needs. She was available, responsive, and understanding to all of our asks. I brought them the challenge of 17 family members all wanting to travel together to a Caribbean location who live in different home states.
