One of my favorite places to relax on the Disney Dream is the Cove Cafe located on deck 11 on the adult deck. The cafe offers a real respite away from the noise and crowds on the other decks. The moment you walk through the doors you can feel the relaxation.
Open early for coffee and sweet treat you can be sure to grab your favorite latte, grab a sweet treat, complementary magazine and relax. In addition, there is a large screen TV which streams news, and WIFI cafe laptops available for an extra charge.
This is a location that is going to be more along the lines of Starbucks style coffee. So if you are like me and you enjoy a higher quality coffee, you may want to budget in for this extra special treat as it is not included in the cost of your cruise. Pricing is comparable to Starbucks.
There are two little bits of heaven that I love about Cove Cafe:
- They have a punch card. Be sure to ask for it..when you purchase 5 drinks your 6th is FREE! Best yet..you can use the card from cruise to cruise. So if you have one leftover from a previous cruise bring it with.
- Complementary sweets!! Yep, you read it correctly. The treats in the glass case are FREE! Pair them with your favorite latte. Soooo good!
