Kelly, Cruise to Alaska on NCL Bliss in July 2024 for 5 adults and three young children. Thank you for everything you did to set up this complicated trip. We also appreciate Camilla’s help to make last minute arrangements and make some corrections. I worried a lot in advance how everything would work out, but none of those came about. The Edgewater hotel was a perfect place to start the journey and everything flowed from there. The excursions came off flawlessly. The cancellation of the Icy Straits excursion was welcomed to give us a break while the young ones had fun going out on their own (and saving $1500!). The only unpleasant surprise was finding out the “free “ beverage package cost 💲 750 dollars in gratuities for the 2 people who consumed alcoholic drinks less than once per day. Thankfully Camilla got that cancelled. The Norwegian Bliss was a beautiful ship that accommodated the adults very well. The young child care was lacking. The rainy weather limited use of the outdoor facilities on board. The guides on the three excursions were very personable and took us to places we couldn’t have found on our own. When deciding to go to Walt Disney World about 9 months ago I decided I would try to use a travel agent. To this day I am so glad I made that decision. I could have booked the entire trip myself and would have been very happy, as I love planning Disney trips. Yet not for one second have I been disappointed or thought I made the wrong decision. Karen R is a joy to work with and is one of the reasons I want to go back just so I can work with her again. If you been to WDW 20 times or never before you should use Guru Travel.
