Toro Verde Nature Adventure Park actually has a zip line that is more tan 900 feet above the ground! Zipline in a harness (perfect for younger children), or Superman-style. This park features 8 ziplines total. This is a fabulous way to add some adventure to your vacation! Other locations that are well-known for ziplining are; Jamaica, St. Lucia, St. Martin, St. Kitts, Trinidad, Turks and Caicos, and Tortola, BVI.
Also located in Puerto Rico is the El Yunque Rain Forest. This is the only tropical rain forest in the U.S. National Forest System. Here your family will be able to see tree ferns, tropical birds, and also view both the Atlantic and Caribbean Oceans. You will not want to miss Coco Falls which boasts an 85-foot drop into a huge rock formation. Don’t forget your camera!
