Holly Deane13/10/2024Ann booked a mother daughter trip to Ireland, with stops in Dublin and Galway. We provided her a list of a few things we wanted to do and she hit it out of the park. All the way from the transportation, very nice and perfectly situated hotels and the tours! This trip was worry free and seamless! Thank you for the stress free travel memories!
Rebecca Howat28/09/2024Kelly booked a fantastic River Cruise for us on Avalon Waterways down the Rhine River. It was the most amazing trip. We were in 4 countries and countless cities and only unpacked once. The Avalon crew could not do enough for us. Everything from the room, the food, the views and the guides were top notch. Kelly and her team made it so easy for us that we literally just had to show up at the airport. Everything was taken care of. She was attentive to all the details we needed since it was our first visit to Disney. Tina provided extra tips and insight on food, savings, parks, etc which was so helpful !

Travel Advisor Tammy Chmelik went above and beyond for us, from the very beginning planning stages to the end of the trip. Tammy took away the stress of planning a Disney World trip, gave excellent recommendations, and planned itineraries that were realistic for our family and still gave us the best experiences at each park. Tammy used her personal experiences to help guide us on where to stay, what parks to tackle, where to eat, and what would be best for our three children to ensure we had the most magical time! I will be seeking Tammy’s services for every trip in the future, from big vacations to small weekend trips. She truly has the clients best interests at heart!
Timothy Kraftson22/07/2024Kelly, Cruise to Alaska on NCL Bliss in July 2024 for 5 adults and three young children. Thank you for everything you did to set up this complicated trip. We also appreciate Camilla’s help to make last minute arrangements and make some corrections. I worried a lot in advance how everything would work out, but none of those came about. The Edgewater hotel was a perfect place to start the journey and everything flowed from there. The excursions came off flawlessly. The cancellation of the Icy Straits excursion was welcomed to give us a break while the young ones had fun going out on their own (and saving $1500!). The only unpleasant surprise was finding out the “free “ beverage package cost 💲 750 dollars in gratuities for the 2 people who consumed alcoholic drinks less than once per day. Thankfully Camilla got that cancelled. The Norwegian Bliss was a beautiful ship that accommodated the adults very well. The young child care was lacking. The rainy weather limited use of the outdoor facilities on board. The guides on the three excursions were very personable and took us to places we couldn’t have found on our own. Our favorite was the Juneau glacier and whale watching. It exceeded our expectation.
Brett Engelmann25/06/2024When deciding to go to Walt Disney World about 9 months ago I decided I would try to use a travel agent. To this day I am so glad I made that decision. I could have booked the entire trip myself and would have been very happy, as I love planning Disney trips. Yet not for one second have I been disappointed or thought I made the wrong decision. Karen R is a joy to work with and is one of the reasons I want to go back just so I can work with her again. If you been to WDW 20 times or never before you should use Guru Travel.
