When deciding to go to Walt Disney World about 9 months ago I decided I would try to use a travel agent. To this day I am so glad I made that decision.

I could have booked the entire trip myself and would have been very happy, as I love planning Disney trips.  Yet not for one second have I been disappointed or thought I made the wrong decision.

Karen R is a joy to work with and is one of the reasons I want to go back just so I can work with her again.

Kelly did an amazing job getting us set up in Mexico. The resort we stayed at was amazing; very accommodating, personable staff, answered any questions we had, DELICIOUS food.
Kelly provided us with all of the proper documentation with details on how to find our rides, sign up for excursions, and what to do while we were there. She even made up some fun brochures for recommended things to do, like places to visit or what food or drinks to try within the facilities. So much fun! When we arrived in our cabin, there were some nice gifts of cruising essentials.

Tammy Chmelik did an amazing job with planning a family vacation to Aruba . After getting to know our wants and needs for the week Tammy put together an itinerary that was cost efficient and spot on in relation to the beach, dining, casinos and the beach . Did I mention the beach? Man .  I received numerous emails detailing the official policies when traveling outside of the country.
