One of the top questions we are asked when planning a Walt Disney World vacation is, “can we order Amazon to be delivered to our Disney Resort?” The answer is YES! Make sure you know the steps involved to avoid any delays or missed deliveries.
It is important to note, that some resorts such as Fort Wilderness Cabins or the larger Disney Vacation Club resorts offer a full kitchen. However, don’t think that if you are staying at a resort without a kitchen that you cannot order groceries.
While all rooms on Walt Disney World property have a small fridge, as of 2023 they have been switched out to a cooler. These coolers no longer generate cold air (see my tip at the bottom of this article). You will have room for pop, water, a half gallon of milk, and even some items like yogurt, cream cheese, and lunch meat. You can save substantially by purchasing water bottles and small snacks. A water bottle at Disney will cost you about $5.

Amazon Fresh VS Amazon Prime Pantry
Amazon Pantry has been around for a while, but it is important to note that you cannot order fresh or frozen food from pantry. Amazon Prime will allow you to order dairy, cheese, meat, frozen items, as well as all of the dry/canned items you can get from Amazon Pantry. The minimum order varies by location, we needed to order a minimum of $50 for Disney World.
When should you order?
Amazon Pantry can be ordered and sent within 1 hour and 1 day before you want your ordered delivered. Amazon Fresh takes a little bit more planning. You will be given a window either today, tomorrow or the next day. In addition, you will be given 2-hour delivery windows.
You will need to put in the address for your Walt Disney World Resort. Please make sure it reads like this:

How do you order?
- Visit Amazon Fresh.
- Enter the Walt Disney World Resort zip code: 32830
- Go ahead and begin shopping. Some items we recommend: milk, cereal, water, coffee, coffee filters, bagels, cream cheese, frozen pizza, chip, dip.
- Click here to get the address to your Walt Disney World resort. Hit the resorts overview link.
- Select your delivery time. Don’t worry if your delivery is a couple of hours before you arrive, they will leave your order with bell services.
- Be sure to add a tip.
- Place your order.
If your order contains alcohol, you must be present at the time of delivery to accept the order and also show ID. Be sure to pick a delivery window accordingly.
How do you keep items cool in the new coolers in the Walt Disney World rooms?
- Bring gallon zip bags and fill them with ice from the ice machine. THESE BAGS worked great as well!
- Use the room ice bucket and place water bottles or small items in there and put ice on top. Place this in the cooler.
- If you have items that have to be in a fridge for medical reasons, request a mini-fridge for your room. These are limited.
Your order will be delivered to your Walt Disney World resort during your delivery widow. Your items will be left with Bell Services. Bell services will check to see if you are checked in, if you are they will call you and deliver it to your room, OR they will keep your items in a cool space until you check in. At the time you check in, be sure to let bell services know that you have an order. I do like to tip bell services for delivering.
