It always amazes me when people are willing to take a “good deal” over service and insurance that the destination you picked is quality, safe and worth what you spent. This really is the world we live in right now. With the age of the internet, everyone can look up pricing and pictures. But not everyone can be everywhere. I think, in fact I know, that many people don’t know exactly what a travel agent’s job is. Our job is to solve problems you don’t even know you have. That is it, plain and simple…or is it?
How can a travel agent know how to solve problems before they even happen? Because we’ve been there. We are not only there but we know people…yeah, we are a bit well-connected. Wonder why we go? No it is not just for the dinner, it is so that our name and our client’s name is in front of their face at all times. You see, hoteliers, see where you booked, they know what you paid, and your service is handled accordingly. This is not to say that if you book on your own, you are not treated well. It is to say that if you book with someone they know, you are treated BETTER.
Our job is to be the guy who knows a guy for you…WE HAVE CONNECTIONS! This is our job.
We are proactive. How? We talk to you…what do you want, need desire? There is a property for everyone! Guess what, just because someone in your neighborhood liked a property, it may not be for you. This is why there are so many options. Our job is to narrow down your choices for you so that you don’t arrive and realize there is not a swimable beach when all you wanted to do was swim in the ocean. YEP, this happens all of the time. Why? Because many people look at just the room, or just the pool or just the picture of the ocean, and don’t know to dig. Because it seems strange that you would not be able to swim in the ocean, right?
We consult. This means exactly what it sounds like. Just like your doctor, lawyer, realtor, our job is to consult with you so we can find you the perfect property. And you know what the best part is, we are 100% free to you. AND our pricing is the same if not better than what you find online.
