Money Saver Monday!!
Looking for some FREE fun for the evening while on your Walt Disney World Vacation? There is a campfire program at Fort Wilderness and is open to all Walt Disney World resort guests. This program is held every evening at 7:00 PM in the fall and winter and 8:00 pm in the spring and summer, near the Meadow Trading Post. Like everything Disney, there are little touches that they add to the program to make it an extra special time for your family. The fun begins with a sing-a-long and marshmallow roast. Feel free to pack your own food or purchase pizza or hot dogs from Chuckwagon. They feature a smores kit that sells for about $9 and can feed up to 4 people. Good Disney fun would certainly not be had without having some Disney guests now would it? Chip and Dale make an appearance to meet and greet guests and sign autographs. After all of the preshow fun, get ready to enjoy a movie on the big screen. There is bleachers seating or you can bring a blanket to lay out on. The cost for this event is FREE!!!
